The current Army hot weather uniform is the Improved Hot Weather Combat Uniform (IHWCU). IHWCUs are made from 50/50 NYCO fabric that is significantly lighter, more breathable, and faster drying than earlier versions. Army OCP uniform coats and pants have multiple pockets, felled seams, and external loop fields for nametapes, patches, and more.
